IMPS Bulk Payments functionality allows user to raise transaction with
multiple beneficiaries within a single request. There shall be only one debit
at Remitter end (sum of amount to be remitted to all the beneficiaries) and
the credit shall be done to all the beneficiaries marked in the request
(multiple credits).
