The ‘BBPS Biller Master Data Management’ API is used to fetch details
related to Billers in the BBPS. When a customer wants to register for Bill
payment, system must ensure that correct BillerId and related details are
captured. This can be achieved by providing a list of available Billers to
the user, using this API, so that he can select the Biller.
