This API can be used to know the amount outstanding to close a gold loan
account, at any point in time since the opening of that account. Request
accepts the loan account number and the date on which the Customer wants to
close the account.
API computes the balance outstanding on the loan account, and additional
interests / penalties like pre-closure…
